I have always loved the birthing process and began attending births while in high school. My most valuable lessons about birth, breastfeeding and parenting were learned while caring for my own four children. I have worked within the birthing community since the early 1990's and am a former La Lecha League leader. My hope is for every woman to have a joyous and empowering birthing experience and a peaceful transition into motherhood. Beyond my work as a doula, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring nature, and nurturing my creativity.
